Quality charter

New in 2005 :

From this year onwards, in order to intensify the guarantees provided by its quality label, Logis de France hotels will be systematically controlled by external specialist firms, using a system of "Mystery Guest"visits.

These controls will be carried out amaximum of every 3 years. A new, omprehensive classification checklist will be introduced, containing more than 250 quality criteria, covering a wide range of elements, such as comfort, food quality and service, but also other key quality issues such as breakfast and the surrounding environment.

The Quality Monitoring department of the FNLF collects and processes all feedback from guests, whether complimentary or critical (see detachable reply card).
